Rebate Program

To Receive your $100 rebate you must:

Sign a lease term for 12 months or longer.
Put "ApartmentWiz" and the name of the agent that assisted the client on all guest cards, lease applications, and other documents presented to the client by the apartment property.
Report the lease on the "Report Your Lease" page for the market area in which the lease occured ("Houston Report Your Lease", "Dallas Report Your Lease", "Austin Report Your Lease", "San Antonio Report Your Lease", "Fort Worth Report Your Lease", or "Atlanta Report Your Lease")within 72 hours of signing a lease application.
Mail a copy of a dated lease application (not lease contract) along with a self addressed stamped envelope to:

You will receive your check once ApartmentWIZ is paid on your lease.
No rebate will be issued where the ApartmentWIZ total referral fee is less than $100 or prohibited by law.
Typically ApartmentWIZ is paid quickly; however, no rebate will be issued in the unlikely event that ApartmentWIZ does not receive its referral fee within 90 days of move in.
All rebate documentation must be received no later than 7 days after move in.

Report the lease at the "Report Your Lease" link for the appropriate market area on ApartmentWiz.com within 72 hours of signing a lease application.
