To Receive up to a $100 rebate you must:

• Sign a lease term for 12 months or longer.
• Put "ApartmentWIZ" and the name of the agent that assisted you on all guest cards, lease applications, and other documents presented to you by the apartment property.
• Mail a copy of a dated lease application or first page of lease contract within 30 days of your move in along with a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE):
