Rebate Details
To Receive
your $100 rebate you must:
- Sign a lease term for
12 months or longer.
- Put "ApartmentWIZ"
and the name of the agent that assisted the client on all guest cards, lease
applications, and other documents presented to the client by the apartment
property.
- Report the lease on
the "Report Your Lease" page within 15 days after move-in.
- Mail or fax a copy of a dated lease application or first page of lease contract to:

- You will receive your check once ApartmentWIZ is paid on your lease.
- No rebate will be issued where the ApartmentWIZ total referral fee is equal to or less than $100 or prohibited by law.
- All rebate documentation must be received no later than 15 days after move in.
- ApartmentWIZ will not issue a rebate on a lease if ApartmentWIZ does not receive its referral fee within 120 days.
- Rebate check will be mailed to address on lease and made payable to tenant.
