When people ask where I live in Houston and I tell them that I live at these lofts, they are impressed. This is just one of those kinds of places. The staff is great and prompt, and the property has great aesthetic value. Complaints are that the parking garage isn't the best- actually it sucks, and that any and EVERY major social event that happens in Downtown happens at these lofts or within the block. Examples would be Super Bowl '04 and any time the Astros have a good season. Some people think that is a good thing but I find it annoying. All things considered I would recommend these lofts if you are moving to Houston.
