| I have been a resident at these lofts for 2 years and have lived in Houston all my life, I waited patiently through all the poor management, but finally help has indeed arrived. The new manager who has taken over these lofts who came from another Houston property has brought a new air of professionalism and stamina to say the least. The maintenance on the grounds has changed drastically in just a few short months, service orders are fixed promptly and if you ever have a concern or question the door to the managers office is always open. The leasing staff although still a touch reluctant to change seems to be slowly coming around. |

I would highly recommend these lofts , it is an amazing location in Houston, beautiful floor plans, and the best amenities in town these loft apartment have finally been given the chance to come into their own. The grounds are being well taken care of with new management, no more broken gates, dirty hallways, and just the other day I saw the manager and some of her staff painting the hallways themselves. That is the kind of care you want when you choose a one of the many Houston lofts.
