Positions include both full time, part time, office, and work from home options. Pay packages include straight commission, base plus commission, hourly plus commission, and hourly.  

Houston apartment locators are responsible for taking leads, sending out property information, showing properties, and following up with clients. Agents are strongly encouraged to take phone leads and work some weekend hours.

New agents are also strongly encouraged to begin working at the office under the supervision of the broker and office manager. Office agents are provided with phone, long distance calling, computer, high speed internet access, relevant software, fax, and desk space.

The vast majority of the leads that our Houston apartment locators take are higher end due to the companies selection of advertising channels. Most prospects are looking for one bedrooms in the $800 dollar price range and two bedrooms starting at $1100. ApartmentWIZ also very rarely receives requests from prospects with broken leases, evictions, foreclosures, or felony criminal history.
