The interior design is done in a creative way and features garden tubs, slate flooring in kitchens, slab granite countertops, and built-in desks. Marquis at Turtle Creek Apartments are occupied predominantly by young professionals, so it is quiet most of the time. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything and they do their job effectively and quickly upon requests. One major discomfort was the reported car break-in incidents that took place within a six month period.
