Some of our clients at the Post Wilson Building apartments like the location of the property, however, they do not like that fact that it is also close to the largest homeless shelter in Downtown Dallas. These apartments can be a little pricy but for some tenants it is worth it. Residents agree that parking is a nightmare; first you have to pay for your own spot, second your guests can’t park in the garage. The thin walls are a problem to some tenants; however, most of our clients at the Post Wilson Building apartments like the interior and spaciousness of the apartments.

Residents at Camden Farmers Market apartments have so many things to say about the good location of this property and the beautiful landscaping work. However, they are concerned about the crime incidents that took place previously in the garage. They also complained about the power outages that have happened two times in the last few months. The homeless around the buildings and dirty hallways are definitely a problem our clients want a solution for. However, some of the residents at Camden Farmers Market apartments do appreciate the quiet at this community as well as the reasonable prices.

Tenants at American Beauty Mill apartments are pleased with the location and its surroundings, however, the noise gets to them sometimes especially on the weekends. Some residents complain about the security in the community and reported that their cars have been broken into a few times. As far as the management goes, residents have mixed feelings about them, some say they are helpful and some disagree. Furthermore, there is one thing our clients at American Beauty Mill apartments agree on which is the attractive industrial architecture of the property that gives it a great deal of character and beauty.

The Cottages at Tulane have the best tasting coffee every morning in the office and there is no better way to start a day than with a great cup of joe.  Consequently, you will need all the coffee you can get to walk through the courtyard which is like tip toeing through a mine field because of all the irresponsible dog owners.  There are so many dogs here, small and large, I thought about opening up a veterinary office next door.  The majority of our clients at The Cottages at Tulane enjoy their newly remodeled apartments.

The AMLI at Prestonwood Hills has a very well kept pool and gym.  Many of our clients say that maintenance will go out of their way to accommodate you.  Management on the other hand, has a lackadaisical attitude and takes forever to get things done.  One of our clients complained that management took over three weeks to install a ceiling fan in his apartment.  Overall, most of our clients love the community surrounding The AMLI at Prestonwood Hills and say there is plenty of shopping and dining near the complex.

The AMLI at Deerfield staff have been praised by our clients for their exceptional customer service.  You will feel like you made the right choice after you hear about their maintenance guarantee which a lot of other apartments in the area don’t offer.  Some residents have complained that their apartment heats and cools unevenly.  The dumpster overflows like a waterfall on the weekends.  In general, AMLI at Deerfield have well maintained grounds and the community is very safe.

The Bella Vida at Ridgeview Country Club is surrounded by huge trees that enhance the already comforting and relaxing atmosphere.  Some of our clients have had issues with management not returning their phone calls concerning complaints.  Also, sometimes you may catch a whiff of something bad in the air because some pet owners forget to clean up after their pets. The smell problem could be solved by management fining these careless pet owners.  On a good note, there is plenty of parking and tons of amenities at Bella Vida at Ridgeview Country Club.

Residents at Jefferson at 1001 Ross apartments are happy with the location of the property because it is close to everything around. However, they are not happy with dirty and smelly hallways. They are also not happy with management team not enforcing their policies when comes to smoking inside the building. Another complaint by tenants is that the garage is a hassle to park in and is expensive to rent a spot. Nevertheless, our clients at Jefferson at 1001 Ross apartments are grateful for the security gates and the competitive price.

Our clients at the South Side on Lamar have expressed their satisfaction with the property as far as the location goes. They are also happy with how spacious these lofts are in this community. Some of our clients complain, however, that the management staff is unclear about many issues, unhelpful, and needs professional training. The thin walls were another issue by annoyed tenants. Other than that, most tenants appreciate the social activities administrated by the staff including art shows and movies on the roof. Furthermore, some of our clients at South Side on Lamar do like the architectural interior design, and the character the building offers.

When it comes to location, our clients at the Davis Building apartments have nothing to complain about; in fact they are pleased with the location since it close to everything. However, some residents complain about the car break-ins in the garage. As far as inside the building, some tenants are frustrated with dog owners that do not clean up after their dogs which cause dirty hallways. However, many of our clients at the Davis Building apartments are happy with the friendly management staff and the competitive price.
