I worked with Chris Dillard in locating a new apartment in North Dallas and I just signed a lease on Friday. I just wanted to let you know that he has been awesome. I had a few apartment locators email me with listings, but Chris was the only one that showed a genuine concern for me as an individual. The rest sent me what was obviously generic emails and lists. Chris emailed me several listings as well as called to check in with me (but not to the point that it was annoying). Another thing that really impressed me was that he normally emailed me on Fridays to let me know whether or not he would be in the office over the weekend. He left me his cell, so that I could still contact him on the weekends if he was out of the office. In addition, I has some pretty dumb questions that I asked him. He answered each question specifically and made me very comfortable with the whole process. Chris is a great person to have as part of your team.
