Chris emailed me several listings as well as called to check in with me (but not to the point that it was annoying). Another thing that really impressed me was that he normally emailed me on Fridays to let me know whether or not he would be in the office over the weekend. He left me his cell, so that I could still contact him on the weekends if he was out of the office. In addition, I has some pretty dumb questions that I asked him. He answered each question specifically and made me very comfortable with the whole process. Chris is a great person to have as part of your team.
