While the company’s offices are located at Mockingbird Station, ApartmentWIZ is hiring both in office and work from home real estate agents. ApartmentWIZ helps clients locate multi-family housing units through its web site and its licensed real estate agents.  

Qualified candidates will possess a Texas Real Estate License, some computer skills, and a desire to work with people. The company is also seeking agents that have strong interpersonal skills and some experience in dealing with consumers.

Dallas apartment locators will be required to take both electronic and phone leads, e-mail listings to clients, be willing to accompany clients to properties in some cases, follow up with clients, and assist clients in their apartment search. 

ApartmentWIZ provides Dallas apartment locators with all prospective clients and does not require agents to do any cold calling, prospecting or advertising.  ApartmentWIZ also does not charge desk or advertising fees to their agents.  Leads are generally higher end as most ApartmentWIZ traffic is generated on-line.
