Rebate Details

To Receive your $100 rebate you must:

• Sign a lease term for 12 months or longer.
• Put "ApartmentWIZ" and the name of the agent that assisted the client on all guest cards, lease applications, and other documents presented to the client by the apartment property.
• Report the lease on the "Report Your Lease" page within 7 days after move-in.
• Mail or fax a copy of a dated lease application (not lease contract) to:

• You will receive your check once ApartmentWIZ is paid on your lease.
• No rebate will be issued where the ApartmentWIZ total referral fee is less than $100 or prohibited by law.
• All rebate documentation must be received no later than 15 days after move in.
• ApartmentWIZ will not issue a rebate on a lease if ApartmentWIZ does not receive its referral fee within 120 days.
• Rebate check will be mailed to address on lease and made payable to tenant.
